Stop the assault weapons ban bill being created by Diane Feinstein.

This is a petition to stop the assault weapons ban bill heading to the senate in Jan. 2013. This "assault weapons ban" is unconstitutional and down right ridiculous. It infringes on our Second Amendment rights as United States citizens. The weapons described by the bill are not "assault weapons". An "assault weapon" is a Select fire military weapon that is able to switch between Full Auto, Burst and Semi Automatic fire. The weapons that we as law abiding citizens can own are not as described. We as citizens may only own Semi Automatic rifles and hand guns unless we have either a Class 3 or a Class 6 weapons license. This is an injustice in the making. PLEASE HELP STRIKE DOWN THE "ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN".
