Attack Drones may have performed vital national security purposes, but seem recently to cause more international resentment and animosity than the national security they provide. Attack Drones should be discontinued unless the President believes there is a specific and immediate national security reason for a specific strike. Drones designed for intelligence gathering may be continued as required for vital national security.
