We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Stop the Attack on Lemonade Stands!

Created by J.H. on May 29, 2016

Some government regulation in health and safety situations is obviously Important, while others seem just plain silly. It can be assumed that people can weigh the risks and choose for ourselves whether or not to patronize an "unregulated" child's lemonade stand. Childhood entrepreneurship should be encouraged not stifled by the "Jackbooted Police State."

I ask the President for an executive order stating that Unregulated Lemonade stands can not be shut down by local police.

I ask that our Legislators put only sensible regulations into practice, and stop treating the great citizens of this nation like stupid people that you need to protect from themselves, We Can! make our own informed choices about our health and safety. Overregulation is a waste of taxpayer resources in enforcement.
