Stop attacking legitimate marijuana-industry jobs in medical states. Call of the DOJs war on legal cannabis jobs.

Created by A.B. on October 17, 2011

The Department of Justice under the Obama Administration released the Ogden Memo in 2009 stating that it would not interfere with state's medical marijuana laws. Recently, the DOJ and DEA have stepped up raids, used the IRS to bankrupt tax-paying businesses, threatened landlords who rent to cannabis businesses and now claim to go after medical marijuana advertisements.

Besides cultivators and dispensaries, many Californians stand to lose legitimate taxpaying job in or around the industry. Cities lose tax revenue and property values go down when these dispensaries close.

Our national and state economy cannot take this attack on jobs and the only growing industry in the state right now.
