In light of recent terrorist attacks on US soil, the issue of gun control has emerged once again.
This recent incarnation is as a reinstatement of the "assault weapons ban" of the 1990s. The weapons, which are improperly named in the title of this ban, are semiautomatic weapons commonly used by citizens for both sporting and defense. These tools are critical in the preservation of our freedoms and the lives of ourselves, families and other citizens against those who wish to do us harm.
We call on Congress to stop any legislation or other act of government which seeks to ban these arms from citizens as it is a direct infringement on our rights
