Stop the attract between polices and citizens in the U.S. use a different approach with citizens teach and respect all.

War between citizens and authorities are very frighten. Polices are to service and protect. Some see and accept it ,however, some see it differently. For instance, society have dictated to the citizen of the U.S. some time ago superior and inferior. Naturally some are approached by our authorities,and submission is easy and for some it is very difficulty . For the most part, polices are dealing with citizens from different background and culture aspects. Therefore, polices are in an awkward position. They should be teachable and respectful at all times because the citizens are not our children but citizens of U.S.. The best way to win our citizens over is to be a great role model for them.
