The Waffle House has been an american icon since 1955. Starting from humble beginnings in a small suburb outside Atlanta, it has grown to be a welcoming sight for travelers, a landmark for those in the community, and the number one destination spot for those after closing. It's universally recognized yellow sign, open diner layout, and decades of tradition remind us of an era when life was simple and honest.
It's for this reason that we the people must act now to stop the desecration of a pillar of American culture for over 60 years. WE will stand up and demand that no redesign or defacing of the Waffle House diner be taken. It's thanks to a heritage of unique institutions like Waffle house that makes us uniquely American.
