stop B of A's deceptive and abusive efforts to deny loan modfications to homeowners - learn what they are actually doing

I have been trying for more than 20 months to get a loan modification from B of A. Publicly they say they are helping people but in actuality their words do not match their actions. I have kept a detailed chronology of all of my interactions with B of A during this time - they have worked harder to deny me than to help me. After telling me that they were giving me a loan modification and telling me to wait for my "trial documents", they put my house in foreclosure instead. Someone needs to stop what is actually happening on the ground.
