For many years I have witnessed the fast food industry consistently displaying misleading photos of their product in television commercials, print ads and on menus inside the stores and at the drive through.
I propose it be required for advertisers to use images of the actual product the consumer will be sold rather than the unrealistic and phony images they now use in ads.
This is misleading advertising and is no different than the "Bait and Switch" tactics used by other untrustworthy traders.
What a company advertises for sale should be exactly what the consumer can expect to receive.
