The Confederate flag should not be banned. Our heritage is very important to us. Anyone that knows history knows that it is not about racism. Our city is the center of attention because of a mentally ill man not because of our flag. We should have the right to buy,sell,wear,display and honor our flag because our families gave their lives to protect and serve. It was not only white soldiers that gave their lives for it but soldiers of color also. Anyone burning the flag should be arrested on the spot for treason or deported from America. This is getting completely out of control and needs to be stopped immediately. We will not back down as easily as our governor.
