Banks like Bank of America took over the accounts of Countrywide that filed for bankruptcy back in 2008. In which I had made over 21,000 in payments upon being sold to them from Chase. My payments were always $100 to 200 over my fixed 15yr rate payment more than it should of been. But I could never get CW to straighten it out. Nor BAC. I had also paid them a certain small amount while I finished my ch. 13 bankruptcy discharge. After that I made many attempts to modify with BAC and also their attorneys Trott. I got a first apt but never a 2nd one. I was always qualified at the 31%. And I have all the documents that I sent to BAC FEDEX more than enough times all over the U.S. And also to Trott at least twice signed copies. More...I lost my home..I am perm disabled & I have more income now.
