Stop Banks from deliberately sabotaging the credit ratings of Americans and to Stop banks from committing payment fraud.

Created by A.S. on July 06, 2015

Guardian Credit Union, located at 1789 Congressman W L Dickinson Drive Montgomery, Al 36109, allowed a company by the name of Santander of whom I have never applied to, to take my car payments out of my account. They then charged me the NSF fees. They then reported to the credit bureaus that I was two months behind on my car payments. This action lowered my credit score by 200 points. I went from a 720 to a 520 at no fault of my own. This not only affected me, but it also affected the person who cosigned on the loan with me. It brought his score from a 740 to a 480. No loan company will touch me now in order to expand my business. The bank should be punished for deliberately sabotaging our credit ratings.
