Congress enacted safegards and a new banking law to get banks off the customer's throats. The new laws are now going into effect, and Bank of America and other banks are initiating new charges to cover their loss of revenue due to the new laws. Tell Congress and the President to put some teeth in this reform and not allow these greedy institutions to hit Americans when the economy is down.
