Recently, Canadians and Mexican visitors to the US have been arbitrarily banned for 10 years for opening US bank accounts or credit accounts. Border agents now act as judges and ban good citizens for no reason for 10 years. This has been done particularly to same sex couples where gay marriage isn't federally recognized in the US and border agents are discriminating against same sex couples that abide by the law and stay in the US for their visitor visa.
Review and repeal all bans that border agents have issued without judicial decisions.
