Stop the base relocation and begin reducing our military presence in Okinawa, Japan.

Created on March 22, 2016

We ask for you to put an end to the base relocation in Okinawa, Japan. Building into Oura Bay would be devastating to the marine life and cruel to the citizens of Okinawa. As role models for freedom and democracy, as well as members of the United Nations, it is the responsibility of the United States of America to respect all peaceful nations.

We also ask to begin reducing our military presence in Okinawa, Japan. As long as we maintain bases there, we are forcing Okinawa to participate in our conflicts. It is time we took an active part in spreading peace.
