Stop basing the quality of teachers on test score's, and increase funding to impoverished schools

Many good teachers are in danger of losing their jobs due to the fact that their quality as a teacher is based on their students test score's. Many students are simply not good at taking test's or have learning disabilities that prevent them from getting good test scores. These teacher's are also losing their jobs due to deep budget cuts to education. if we expect our students to be successful in the future we must put most of our money towards education. Even funding for things such as social security and Medicare are not as important as our children's future's and their education. Education is what is going to make this country great again....not more tanks and fighter jets...
