Hazardous 'smart' meters should be re-replaced with analog counterparts or digital meters that still require visual, physical reading. Digital meters being deployed constantly emit enormous amounts of radiation, enough to kill plant life within a few feet of the meter. People are having health issues such as trouble sleeping, irritability, etc. Until this source of harm is removed such problems cannot be ignored. May 31, 2001 the WHO issued a press release titled "IARC classifies radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans". A simple radiation detector will show constant pulses of high levels of radiation. Placing such devices in a fashion to be evenly distributed throughout people's homes is none other than deliberate poisoning of the population.
