Out of all the countries that I've lived in or visited, America is the only country that uses race to divide its citizens. We shouldn't be known as the white Americans or black Americans, but simply as Americans. It is my belief, that if we change this ideology, in the future we won't let a person's skin color determine their self worth. When we step outside our great country, or outsiders visit us, I'll just be an American. Eelctions won't be decided by the black vote, hispanic vote, or the "gay vote", but simply as THE VOTE.
