Stop big banks like Wells Fargo from unlawfully foreclosing on homes that have not been able to pay less for than a year

There are many people who don't fall under the Obama Mortgage Relief by one or two reasons. Big banks are taking advantage of this and hyper focusing on those who can't get relief and foreclosing on home owners who have gotten behind on payments. Not allowing partial payments and not allowing face-to-face meetings to try and settle a new payback structure! Wells Fargo and Bank of America are both following these tactics and need to be stopped, many American's are falling from middle class to lower class and are being swallowed by Mortgage Companies that are taking advantage of those who can't get in on Obama's Mortage Relief.
