The biggest-Waters ACT will ruin the homeowners on the NEW JERSEY coast. Paying 15k-30k a year in flood insurance premiums is not possible. These rates make our homes impossible to sell and will leave us with NO equity at all in the home. We will own LOTS! The hard-working , middle-class , tax-payers will have no choice but to leave their homes. There will be no need for schools or full-time police and fire departments. If the homeowners leave there will be no need for business to remain. Say GOOD-BYE TAX BASE!!!
