stop billions in foreign aid to other countries until our country is economically strong again.

I want this GREAT country to be fiscally responsible. We cannot keep giving charity to different countries like China and not pay our own bills. For example it is absurd to borrow money from China and give foreign aid to China. Stop foreign aid until we are fiscally sound. We need to avoid government shutdown by keeping our money here in the USA. Our people need our government services. Government workers should not have their jobs threatened. Charity begins at home. If we have to shut the government down we won't be able to help anyone!
