As a sovereign nation we must enforce our immigration laws. One reason immigrants come here is to have children whom they know will be given automatic citizenship. The United States and Canada are the only two developed countries that still offer Birthright citizenship. Ending this practice will curb the influx of illegal immigrants coming here from all over the world. We cannot continue with this madness and expect illegals to just obey immigration laws. So I call upon Congress to repeal Birthright Citizenship to curb the unsustainable numbers of illegal immigrants invading our land to have children, giving them a foot hold here.
