Create and execute a plan to end all spending by the Federal Government that does not comply with Article 1 Section 8 of the US Constitution, thus reducing costs and resulting in less taxes and debt.
This includes the billions of dollars spent on foreign aid, foreign government support, internal welfare programs, and much more.
Stop putting US Federal tax dollars paid for and owned by the American People into places that the Federal Government has no authority to spend the peoples money, most importantly on foreign governments. Enforce that all trades are truley equal value trades, not gifts. Put OUR money to work for US.
Let ALL public and social services be handled at a state or local level without recieving Federal funding that does not comply with Article 1, section 8
