Speed trap towns that use this as a way to fund their city is bogus and entrapment. Out of state vehicles are being used to fund cities...ex: Bolivar, TN.
Ticket studies should be transparent and show how often and where these vehicles are from.
Transparency should show speed, amount of fine and proof of speeding.
Signage showing speed at time to encourage slowing down should be placed and made visible 24/7. ex:: 47/30.
