There is a move in California (nothing new really) to divide the state into six smaller states. This is prohibited under the U.S. Constitution as defined by Article 4, Section 3. No new state can be carved out of already existing states. This is just another move for California to secede, become its own nation, and then split into separate states that would NOT be part of the U.S. or even smaller countries that would not be part of the U.S.
We the people do not agree with the move to split California into smaller states; it is against the U.S Constitution as defined by Article 4, Section 3. Furthermore, we the people also do not agree with California move to secede from the republic.
