Breast cancer survivors pay around $1,200/year for the delicate prosthetic silicone breast form brands which only last 6 months and covered only once/2years. Pals Breast Forms cost about $40 each and Pals last over 10 years!
Major prosthetic breast form retailers refuse to sell Pals Breast Forms, saying "Pals are too inexpensive". Multi-Million dollar breast form boutiques said they are concerned Pals Breast Forms would outsell all their other breast forms, which include Amoena, Nearly Me, etc. They did not want to risk jeopardizing their %600 profit margin by introducing a fairly priced brand such as Pals Breast Forms.
Survivors should be made aware of the breast form option that will cost less than their deductibles, and less than a half of a percent of comparable alternatives.
