Russian channels broadcasting overseas (and locally) are loaded only with propaganda and lies. They glorify the Kremlin, their leaders and country, and almost always paint a negative and ugly picture of the west and former soviet countries who dare turn away from Russia.
The Russian propaganda is anti-Western and homophobic, seeks to agitate and mobilize the audience to stir hatred fear. The Kremlin’s propaganda machine is fuelled by a chauvinism, patriotism and imperialism. It plays on deep feelings among the Russian speaking public: post-imperial nostalgia for the Soviet Union, an inferiority complex towards the West, and a longing for self-justification.
Russian media should be banned from international exposure and not to use international exposure for their countries political gains!
