I have done hours of research into "bad cops" and police falsifying police reports to suit their bogus stops and arrests, left with noone to challenge them. The innocent are often put in jail, because of cops lying about probable cause, and leaving innocent people in jail. Police motivation- Salary increase by 2x, at the least, for time and a half for depositions and court appearances etc. It comes down to officers word against the charged. in Broward County Jails PHONE systems don't work in order to keep inmates incarcerated. What happened to innocent until proven guilty. Phone systems are designed to keep people in.
Once in there , you can't make calls OUT, unless you have a t netix account. How is someone whose never been in, supposed to know that, AND you CAN'T call out to tell
