Stop the budget cuts for fuel reduction programs, and Job loss to the U.S. Forest Service, U.S.Parks Department and BLM

After the tragic loss of 19 HOTSHOT crew members it came to light that Washington wants to cut funding for FUEL Reduction programs on our Federal Lands. This loss of money will not only cost over a 1000 jobs, but will put many people in danger while trying to fight Wildland Fires, protect lives, natural sources and communities. Fuel Reductions programs are extremely important to improve habitat, save natural resources, communities and lives. Fires would be more manageable and less costly for everyone.
