It saddens me to hear people need to get cut literally because there is a budget reduction need. In year 2011, why should people get hurt physically at all? It's not civilized. The UN has abolished death sentence so even a bad person can go to jail to be safe and sound. Why should an innocent defenseless woman get abused physically and legally? The bad people are right there without being punished. There is no reason to punish the good people and victims instead. If the budget cut refers to hurting a defenseless woman, me, physically, please veto the barbaric practice instead of taking it for granted. I'm happy to help the US to make money to relief the budget pressure. Since the budget is a pure financial problem instead of a war engagement, people should not get cut physically .
