Stop bully in our schools for a child not being able to speak clear and the teachersand charged them in law courts

Make the teachers accountable for the children not being watch all the time and letting bully became in the first place otherwise teacher should be leave the room when the teacher has someone to take over

the children have not learn how to act with respect to each other which can destoy lives
