The anti-bullying program needs to be changed its not tough enough. The police department program doesn't get it done, because it usually just one day. At my children's school bullying is running rampant despite the guidelines set up. We fines base from $150.00 first offense, 2nd offense $500.00,3rd offense $1500.00 and anger management classes. Also have a person just specifically for bullying to help the students. I will give you a example why the system broken. At my children's school the was a child that got kicked out of 7 schools for bullying each time he got worser and got more kids involved. He hit and knocked out a child. The parents went to the principle and the school board and bully parents threaten to sue them the school board they didn't do nothing.
