We petition the Obama Administration:
We as citizens need to realize that bullying is a problem. It affects millions of children all different races and classes. Bullying and cyberbullying are the highest they ever have which for some children are tormented so badly that suicide is their way out. Parents may not understand how painful bullying can be for their child. If disaplinary actions would be taken for any act of bullying this could prvent children from taking measure in their own hands and make the bullies realize its not a game. It should be required for huge penalties be placed if the enforcement of antibullying is not followed. We need to listen and not ignore the unheard voices of children.
