Stop Bullying in schools. Everyone knows it's going on.Stand up for those who can't stand for themselves.Help the world!

I was watching a movie about bullying and it sort of made an impact on me. I realized that kids around the country go through this on a daily basis and nothing is done about it. So, i'm proposing that President Obama should try to create a law that will put some sort of regulation on bullying. There should be more awareness programs in schools that start at first grade and continue till 12th grade. There should also be more supervision and teachers should have to sign something that says that they will help out and not just let this kind of a thing pass by.
