When a child reports bullying in schools it must always be documented. A principal or teacher who fails to file a report should be reprimanded by that cities school board. Any violent acts the bully performs toward another child must be immediately reported to authorities no matter the age of the child. Acts of violence on buses should be reported as well and failure by driver to do so should result in disciplinary action as well. Any child found to be bullying should be suspended immediately. The length of time determined by severity of bullying and attend counselling with school counsellor during that time and followed up monthly.It must be mandatory parents attend one of those sessions. If after disciplinary action bullying continues expulsion should be the next step.
