My petition is simple, Venezuela is the fifth largest exporter of oil worldwide, and the United States of America is the first buyer. This dictator is using American dollars to oppress the people with Castro-communism that could extend even to the USA. One hundred thousand billion dollars a year is enough to spread communism.
This is a real threat that the government should think how to confront it even is if not with the oil.
