Stop bypassing Congress by using Executive Orders.

A President should not use Executive Orders to bypass Congress or to diminish the effect or enforcement current laws, i.e. health, immigration, etc. I believe doing so is unconstitutional. Our forefathers certainly did not intend that the President abuse Executive Orders in this fashion. The simple fact that they created a Congress is evidence of this. When it comes to immigration policy, I believe the President should recuse himself since he has relatives who would benefit from changes to immigration policy.
