We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Stop California from voting in the 2016 Presidential election

Created by J.M. on September 16, 2016

The Constitution of the United States of America gives citizens the right to vote and choose members of the electoral college. This right is not extended to citizens of other countries. Since California allows illegal immigrants (by definition non-citizens) to vote, allowing the state to vote in the 2016 election allows non-citizens to vote for the President of the United States. As this violates the Constitution, it is illegal to count any votes from California.
