By voting in this petition, you vote to regulate how quickly Android updates are delivered and to remove all Carrier Bloatware.
We the people, of the United States of America, and the users of the Android community vote to put the following terms into Googles Regulatory Terms for Android:
1. Manufacturers and Carriers together should not delay Android updates any longer than 5 months after they receive the source code from Google Inc.
2. They should provide an explicit update release month to consumers.
3. Carriers should no longer be permitted to add Bloatware applications into the Android operating system.
