Catholic hospitals or any hospital with religious affiliation that limits legal treatments according to its religious beliefs, should not be allowed to act as the primary hospital in any community. This forces religious beliefs on the community and is unconstitutional. This needs to be corrected immediately with no grandfathering. Either the community needs to absorb these facilities or the state or federal governments need to absorb them. They should only be allowed in a community as an equal or lesser facility to the primary non-religious hospital.
