Today if you move to an area that does not have cell phone service most phone companies will not let you out of the contract without a fee. America is based on providing a service and charging a fee. If there is no service there should not be a fee. It is 2015, cell phone companies have had plenty of time and money to provide towers and service internationally. We should not continue to pay for their decision not to provide service to small populations. We all count.
