CenturyLink (Colorado and many other states) is dropping internet services in the evening, then reconnecting the service at a slower speed yet wants the consumer to pay for the full amount of MBs that has not been provided. (Ex. 20 MB is being dropped to 3 MB every evening) Technicians are being sent out to see what is the problem; just to find out that there is no problem with the lines or router. CenturyLink, as a Internet Service Provider, is performing an unethical business practice. It is unreasonable for CenturyLink in CO to charge and data cap the end users and then have them pay for an over-priced service that underperforms compared to the rest of the world. Stop CenturyLink from data capping or data throttling!
