For too long certain races and genders have had special privileges and treatments for being what they are from birth. Not being racist, blacks have special colleges where only blacks are aloud and can get a scholarship just for being black, the same can be said for women. People need to learn that in life you don't get anything special from doing nothing, you earn what you get from hard work.
