"Beginning Aug. 1, every Soldier who elects to transfer their Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits to a family member will incur an additional four years in the Army, without regard to their time in service. Find out more here: http://www.army.mil/article/101298"

The above is a post from the US Army Facebook page and several other veteran related pages with a link to a US Army webpage post on changes to benefits for post 9/11 GI Bill. This change does nothing but hurt military families. What difference does it make if this money is spent on the soldier, their spouse or children it was promised as part of recrutment. This is nothing but a knife in the back of the military familiies who sacrafice to defend this country. IT IS WRONG!!!
