Stop changing the foods in school cafeterias in order to focus on solving obesity problems.

Created by P.L. on September 17, 2013

The government is not in control of what we Americans can consume. The government is also not in charge of what people in schools consume. If the government wants to solve obesity issues, they should focus on fitness programs. It is our choice to eat whatever we so please. Highschoolers, middle schoolers, as well as elementary schoolers all complain about the food we consume. Even if the government changes the foods in our cafeterias to healthier substitutes, some people are still obese and switching the food in our cafeteria is not the only solution. The government should focus more on providing fitness programs to schools instead of changing our food. Yes healthy foods play a factor in obesity, but what we consume and what we want to do in our life is our decision.
