STOP the IRS from charging PENALTIES on back taxes as soon as the Individual(s) or Company enters into a monthly repayment plan!! I am one of many low income persons who owe back taxes.
However, even though I have entered into and made 3 years of payments to date, penalties continue to be added to the original amount every month!!
I understand paying interest, but to CONTINUE TO BE PUNISHED (PENALIZED) when I am doing my level best to pay what I owe is outrageous!!
