Charles Oppenheim, the Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division at the U.S. Department of State, is abusing his power by secretly importing cheap Indian IT Labor to US. He is doing this by subtlety manipulating the visa bulletin every month. He is gradually increasing the Indian Labor visa numbers of EB-2 and EB-3 while withholding the visa numbers of all other countries.US government should investigate and stop his behavior of labor importing and protect US-born IT labors.
