To stop checking credit in order to get a job you can not judge someones work prefromence by there credit its not right

I was let go due to cut backs and was out of work for two years my credit went bad because I had no income coming in I was offered a job with TSA but when they checked my credit I was turned away so please help me to under stand these lose job than lose your good credit now you can't get a job well looks like some BS to me I want you to know I stand for Integrity and honor and I understand about being afraid of someone taking a pay out but this is not the way to do these my family and I had to live on welfare until I could fined work and had to take a lower paying job than what I was offered . Anyway you look at it checking your credit before I hire you its not right
