Even when a child is removed and placed in the care of a guardian of foster parent, social services should inform the care givers of their intentions to take children in to have them vaginally and anally probed.
Children should not be removed from their caregivers under false pretenses of a mental evaluation and undergo such a traumatic experience without a familiar family or caregiver present.
Nor should the child be returned and no adult is informed of such procedures until the children finally explain what really happened to them when removed.
These type of secretive actions should not be condoned but rather frowned upon and certainly punishable for a violation of the children's rights
