Almost over 10,000 child soldiers are being used in South Sudan. Children under the age of 18 are being used as soldiers. Fighting in wars, protecting borders, carrying guns. Not only does this violate the fourth article in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, it is also inhumane. No child should have to be taken from their homes to fight in a war. Not all children are taken though, some often join these armies out of desperation, to escape poverty, or even to avenge a family member or a lost one.
Over 300,000 children are being used as child soldiers around the world. This needs to stop! It's inhumane and very wrong. More actions need to be taken to protect our children of the world!
